We start by understanding your objectives for R+T 2027, along with your brand, target audience, stand size, product range, budget, timeline and presentation needs. We also identify any specific requirements for showcasing your products, communicating your solutions or creating spaces for visitor interaction and business meetings.
With your requirements established, we define the project scope, including deliverables, stand features, technical specifications, materials and timelines. This gives the project a clear direction before design and production begin.
Our design team turns your brief into detailed 3D exhibition stand concepts. The design considers your brand identity, available space, visitor flow and presentation goals, with suitable areas for product demonstrations, digital presentations, interactive features and meetings as needed.
Once the stand design is approved, our production team fabricates the stand components according to the agreed specifications. Each element is checked throughout production to maintain quality, accuracy, consistency and finish before the stand moves to the pre-build stage.
Before dispatch to Messe Stuttgart, we carry out a pre-build and quality inspection covering construction, graphics, finishes, lighting, displays and other key elements. The inspection can take place in person, through a video call or using shared booth images, helping identify and resolve potential issues before installation.
Our team manages transportation, delivery schedules and on-site installation at Messe Stuttgart, coordinating the build so your stand is ready before R+T 2027 opens. After the event, we handle dismantling and removal within the agreed schedule.
R+T 2027 will take place from 15 to 19 February 2027 at Messe Stuttgart, Messepiazza 1, 70629 Stuttgart, Germany.
R+T 2027 covers product categories including roller shutters and accessories, exterior Venetian blinds, awnings, internal sun shading, insect protection, drive and control systems, technical textiles, outdoor products, doors and gates, grilles and fences, windows and window shutters, electrical security equipment, IT systems, and related services. The show is organised into themed exhibition areas covering these product groups.
Consider your stand size, expected visitor traffic, access requirements and how the location supports your exhibiting objectives. Your stand position can also influence visitor flow, visibility and how effectively you can accommodate product displays, demonstrations or meeting areas.
Effective R+T Stuttgart exhibition stands can include working product demonstrations, technical displays, digital screens, interactive elements, meeting spaces, and branded graphics. The right features depend on your products, available space, visitor profile, and exhibiting objectives. A well-planned exhibition stand layout can help visitors explore your offering while supporting live demonstrations, technical discussions, and business meetings.
We recommend starting your R+T Stuttgart exhibition stand planning around 6 to 9 months before the event, particularly as R+T is a triennial show with high demand for hall space among established exhibitors. This provides enough time for concept development, 3D stand design, approvals, fabrication, logistics and installation planning. However, Propshop also provides urgent and last-minute exhibition stand solutions, subject to the available timeframe and project requirements.
Yes. Propshop can develop a custom exhibition stand design around the way you plan to present your products and solutions. Depending on your requirements, the layout can include dedicated demonstration areas, technical displays, digital content or other suitable features while allowing visitors to move comfortably through the stand.
